Preparation


HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. Pre-heat oven conventional oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place on flat sheet pan.
  3. Cut eight 1” slits around outer edge of each pie top.
  4. Bake 60-65 minutes until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
  5. Cool at room temperature for a minimum of 1 ½ hours.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVECTION OVEN:

  1. Pre-heat oven convection oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place on flat sheet pan.
  3. Cut eight 1” slits around outer edge of each pie top.
  4. Bake 55-60 minutes until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
  5. Cool at room temperature for a minimum of 1 ½ hours.
