Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS - SLICES:

  1. Slice frozen pie in pan using a warm knife; wipe knife clean after each cut.
  2. Plate slices.
  3. Thaw slices in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  4. Keep unused portions covered in refrigerator.

THAWING DIRECTIONS - WHOLE PIE:

  1. Thaw whole pie in refrigerator for about 12 hours, or at room temperature for about 4 hours.
  2. Slice using a warm knife; wipe knife clean after each cut.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  4. Keep unused portions covered in refrigerator.
