Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Thaw whole pie at room temperature for 5 hours or overnight. OR:
  2. If refrigerated, thaw whole pie for 8 hours or overnight.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. To crisp crust and warm filling reheat pie(s):
  2. Preheat conventional oven to 400°F.
  3. Place on flat baking sheet.
  4. If refrigerated, heat for 25-30 minutes; if at room temperature, heat for 20-25 minutes.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVECTION OVEN:

  1. To crisp crust and warm filling reheat pie(s):
  2. Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
  3. Place on flat baking sheet.
  4. If refrigerated, heat for 15-20 minutes; if at room temperature, heat for 10-15 minutes.

MICROWAVE HEATING (1000 WATT HIGH POWER):

  1. Place one slice on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Microwave about 40 seconds if frozen; 20 seconds if at room temperature.
