Preparation


  1. Remove film overwrap from frozen cake.
  2. Flatten tray; pull long sides down first.
  3. Cut frozen cake; dip knife in water and wipe clean after each cut. Use portion guides on tray sides to cut 30 or 36 portions.
  4. Plate; thaw in closed storage unit or covered at: room temperature 30 – 45 minutes.
  5. COVER AND RETURN REMAINING UNUSED PORTIONS TO REFRIGERATOR
