Preparation


  1. Remove film overwrap from frozen or semi-frozen cake; loosen cake from sides of tray. Flatten sides of tray.
  2. Cut slices frozen or semi-frozen using cutting guide on sides of tray. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
  3. Plate slices and cover with plastic or dome.
  4. Thaw plated slices at room temperature:
    Banana, Coconut, Orange:     45-60 minutes
    German Chocolate, Carrot:      60-90 minutes
