Preparation


  1. Remove collar while cake is frozen.
  2. Cut cake while frozen. Use rosettes as a portioning guide. Two rosettes per slice. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
  3. Cover slices with dome or in closed cart:
    At room temperature:     about 1 hour
    If refrigerated:              1 1/2 – 3 hours
  4. Optimum eating temperature is chilled or refrigerated 40º-45ºF.
