Preparation


HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

  1. Remove wrapper and place in baking pan on roasting rack.
  2. Add 1" of water and tent with foil.
  3. Bake for approximately 12 - 15 minutes per pound at 325ºF.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - CONVECTION OVEN:

  1. Remove wrapper and place in baking pan on roasting rack.
  2. Add 1" of water and tent with foil.
  3. Bake for approximately 12 - 15 minutes per pound at 300ºF.
