COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pre-heat oven to 300ºF (convection) or 350ºF (conventional).
2. Completely wrap the meat in foil.
3. Place on rack in roasting pan.
4. Fill pan with approximately 1/2 in. water or au jus.
5. Product must reach an internal temperature of 140ºF.
