Order the Acrylic Display Case and you'll be eligible for a $1.00-per-case rebate on Sara Lee Bakery products. This rebate applies for up to 6 months from the date of your purchase of the equipment and for up to 100% of the cost of your display case investment.

How To Get The Case
Step 1: Complete the online order form. Click here to order.
Step 2: Make a photocopy of the order form for your records.
Step 3: Send us this completed form, along with a check or money order for $150 per display case. Or pay by Visa or MasterCard, making sure to print your name as it appears on the card, your card number and the expiration date. Send to:

When we receive your payment, we will call you to confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery date for your equipment.

The rebate offer is available to U.S. customers only and is valid on orders of branded equipment received between July 1, 2006 and July 1, 2008 only. Sara Lee® is not responsible for any late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Incomplete or ineligible rebate requests will not be honored. Offers void where prohibited or restricted.

How To Receive Your Rebate
Step 1: Once Sara Lee® confirms your order, a rebate redemption form will be sent to you, which includes a rebate maximum equal to the amount of your display case investment.
Step 2: Save your distributor invoices from each Sara Lee® product case you order.
Step 3: Fill out the rebate redemption form once you have purchased cases for which you are claiming a rebate. Rebate redemption form must be received within 6 months of your investment.
Step 4: Make a photocopy of the rebate form and distributor invoices for your records.
Step 5: Fax or mail the original distributor invoices and rebate redemption to:
